    Creditors Clerk

    Requirements:

    • Sound knowledge of creditors reconciliations
    • Understanding of Accounts payables principles
    • Effective verbal and written skills
    • Any ERP system knowledge preference Pastel Evolution
    • Knowledge of Excel and Word and Outlook
    • Organised, methodical and able handle deadlines

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Capturing of creditors invoices for company and its branches
    • Capturing of EFTs
    • Creditors Reconciliations
    • Ensure transactions is captured in correct branch
    • Inter-co reconciliations
    • Filling of invoices
    • Resolve queries
    • Complete application forms
