    Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time)

    • Have you passed your first year at college or university? Or are you a stay at home parent looking to earn some extra money working from home for a few hours a day? If you’re looking to earn some extra money in your spare time, Webhelp has a parttime opportunity to fit your lifestyle.
    • Working 4 hours per day, Thursday to Sunday, from the comfort of your home, as a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and courteous manner; confidently handling objections and identifying opportunities across multiple platforms.

    What you’ll be doing

    •  Working towards consistently achieving targets
    •  Applying agreed behavioural and compliance standards
    •  Sharing knowledge and skills with other members of the team
    •  Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the campaign
    •  Ensuring first contact resolution at all times
    •  Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues

    What you’ll need

    •  Matric
    •  Stayathome parent or college/university student in second year or above
    •  Ability to work shifts as specified from Thursday to Sunday, with availability between 17:00 and 23:00.
    •  MS Outlook experience

     Customer service experience (Advantageous)

    •  Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
    •  Ability to work in a customerdriven environment
    •  High motivation, drive to succeed with ability to meet and exceed targets
    •  Ability to overcome objections, resilient and calm under pressure
    •  Effective team playing with a positive attitude
    •  Clear credit and criminal record
