Customer Service Learner at Thales

This position is a 12 month contract which is comprised of work experience and a training course. The candidate must be an EE candidate between the ages of 18 and 27 years old with Degree in Business Management

Main activities/tasks

• To support the customer service team
• General assistance and ad-hoc tasks in the department including, but not limited to:
• Order processing
• Order archiving
• Audit preparations
• Follow-ups with internal stakeholders i.e. logistics, sales and technical etc.
• Issue DHL despatching
• Prepare customer reports as and when required
• Prepare PFI
• Follow-up on banking customer’s stationery orders with supplier
• Projects assistant General CS assistant as and when required

Education, qualifications, and special training

• Relevant National Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing
