Heeding the importance of this service within Jonsson Workwear, our Fulfilment Centre requires the technical and solution-driven expertise of a Production Leader to drive production in our customisation facility. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day processes of this area to ensure efficiency, quality and optimal output.
The ideal Production Leader will be required to:
Lead and inspire a large team while optimising a high-volume customisation operation.
Be target- and deadline-driven, ensuring customers’ orders are accurately completed in the shortest timeframe possible.
Apply the technical expertise and proactive problem-solving skills required to negate equipment downtime.
Guide and train a high-performance team to ensure they are technically equipped to improve productivity output.
Possess extensive technical and practical knowledge of sewing machines; ZSK and SWF embroidery equipment; and DTF and DTG printing machines.
Demonstrate the exceptional attention to detail that is essential for high-quality production.
