Data Analyst at Clinix Health Group (Pty) Ltd

Job Description

• To plan, organise and execute all data analysis related work for the Group.
• The incumbent works with CHG’s data management, executes data strategy and works within the parameters of best practice standards for data analytics and business intelligence. 

REQUIREMENTS 

Minimum Requirements:

• B Hons (IT, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science) 

Minimum Experience:

• 1-2 years’ experience

Added Advantage:

• Modelling concepts including GLMs, Machine learning models.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous.

DELIVERABLES:

• Provide support to the business through strategic data analytics projects to deliver insights to senior management across the Group.
• Digitise and automate reports, data capture and workflows through effective business intelligence solutions.
• Develop, deploy, monitor and maintain effective and value adding tools on key performance indicators using the appropriate BI solutions.
• Partner and collaborate with different departments (or hospitals) to manage deliverables effectively, enhance BI solutions and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all information governance requirements, including relevant local and international data protection laws.
• Interpret and analyse varied amounts of data to provide accessible, meaningful and understandable information to all stakeholders.
• Provide organisational data in a number of formats (i.e., dashboards, graphs, charts and reports).

Conduct data quality audits as necessary.

• Implement, monitor and control business processes according to quality standards, policy, and compliance and governance requirements.
• Ensure the development, alignment, mapping and implementation of end-to-end standard operating procedures / processes.
• Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology.
• Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimise redundancy.
