PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing analysis and reporting capabilities, to monitor performance ensuring that we continually meet the Service Level Agreements with our clients. The role will also be responsible for preparing client reports, identify risks and quality trends from the data and driving continuous improvement to ensure Teraco meet Service Level Agreement. In addition, this role will be responsible for assisting with maintaining and developing client BMS reports, predominately on the environmental monitoring system, and act as a backup to the BMS Data Analyst role.
