About the Position
The data capturer will be responsible for the capturing of Packing list (PL), truck receiving. The responsibilities of the employee is not restricted to the list below and is subject to change depending on business needs. This position is based in Johannesburg and will report to the Client Services Supervisor and Client Services Manager-Johannesburg.
Specific Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, process and send duly authorized Packing list (PL), Truck receiving
Capture Packing List
Follow up with the warehouse on all relevant paperwork & queries, with inspection supervisor.
Filing and record keeping of all client information files.
Sort our results, average and capture into Masterfile.
About you
Grade 12
Fluent in English, (written and spoken)
Good computer skills, Including MS Excel, MS Word, MS office and PowerPoint
Able to prioritize and give feedback on time.
High standards of attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Able to anticipate needs and must be responsive to enquiries.
Facilitate a team- orientated approach at organizational level
Excellent numerical skills
Attention to detail and work under pressure
Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
Effective communication skills both verbally and written within all levels of ALS and with the clients
High level of integrity.
