Database administrators are responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate and secure system for the management of client information, they are responsible to take care of the system in such a manner that users can get to the right information at the right time.
Duties: Maintaining CRM database

•  Maintenance of the database via various input (Sales Visits, Subscribers, New Contacts, Referrals, Research, etc)
•  Keeping databases up to date (Unsubscribes, New, bounces), Calling of clients to check and maintain details on the system
•  Accuracy of the system and information
•  Ensuring that databases meet user requirements (Segmenting and Filtering)
•  Ensure that deadlines are met to ensure high volume accuracy on Marketing and Sales campaigns
•  Campaign, Weekly and Monthly Reports
•  Testing and modifying databases to ensure that they operate reliably
•  Research and growth of database as per instruction
•  Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration between systems

Requirements

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
•  Telephone skills
•  Willing to learn
•  Able to work under pressure
•  Excellent writing and editing skills in English
•  An ability to fact-check contact details and data
•  Time-management skills
•  Proven Excel skills (CSV. Higher level applications)
