Duties / Responsibilities 

• Develop and create strategies to support and grow business to maximize profitability 
• Manage and support all departments to reach their full potential within set operational and business plans 
• Setting optimal staffing levels, maintaining, repairing and upgrading all assets 
• Drive customer satisfaction and represent the organization in external relations 
• Monitor financial activities and indicators 
• Drafting & presenting factual reports

Requirements 

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (3 year) / NQF Level 7 Qualification in Management
• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in the Commercial industry Consultative and problem-solving experience 
• Proven business acumen
