Dean Of Faculty at Educor Holdings

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:  

• Aligned to Lyceum vision and strategy, the Dean provides academic leadership and accountability for Lyceum Faculty and Programme Management; Work Integrated Learning Monitoring and Coordination; Integrated Quality Assurance; Academic Governance and Policies; Library Resourcing and Academic Support to Students.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Master's Degree Required however PhD or Doctorate is preferred in a cognate subject field of a Lyceum Faculty
• At least five years at Senior Academic level in higher education
• At least three years high-level Academic Management experience
• A proven teaching and research portfolio with curriculum development and assessment design experience.
• Experience in dealing with regulatory affairs and academic quality assurance processes within a higher education environment.
