Job Description & Summary
Our Contingent Worker - Client Services team comprises of temporary employees that support client engagement projects during high volume periods.

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
• Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
• Organise and lead Scrum ceremonies
• Communicate with main stakeholders
• Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
• Monitor schedule and cost performance
• Identify key KPIs
• Prepare and present reports on the progress and success

Knowledge and Experience

• Proven working experience in delivery management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• SAP S4 experience in project delivery
• Agile and SAP activate methodology exposure
