• Our fast-growing national real estate group is looking for an experienced Division Manager to head up our Developments and Sales division 

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in property sales and development sales
• Current Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
• Strong track record managing sales teams
• Experience in marketing and positioning of property developments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to travel nationally

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the development sales division nationally
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for new projects
• Analyse market trends and position developments effectively
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage and mentor the sales teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders
