Tertiary qualification in Civil/ Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Diploma/Certificate in Revit or 3D digital design or equivalent qualification in digital discipline
At least 3-5 years’ experience in construction building or civil works field
Experience in Navisworks / similar Coordination software and 3D Modelling (Revit).
Experience in the utilisation of BIM360/ ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP 3D Modelling
Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
Knowledge of Construction Standards related to Quality Management
Knowledge and understanding of Coordinate systems in BIM
Experience in creating and interpreting technical engineering drawings
Ability to distribute and co-ordinate information as well as manage cloud-based construction management platform such as BIM 360, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or Procore.
Advanced Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Highly computer literate in Revit, Navisworks/similar construction software.
Strong communication abilities to be able to distribute and co-ordinate information via online BIM platforms
Able to do 3D modelling of building, civil and MEP elements. High quality drawing skills
