About the job
SCOPE & PURPOSE
To source and create digital brand marketing material and platforms that will allow our international business partners to leverage different channels to better target their audiences, customers, and prospective customers by bringing the latest marketing tools, technology, and trends together timeously and effectively.
The essential role of the consultant is to build a bridge between businesses and the online world, helping them to sell products, services and advise our distributors on the best way to reach their customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, analyse, and assess key e-commerce/marketing KPIs to oversee shop performance.
Manage and optimise social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest) including influencer relations
Manage customer support channels for Webshops
Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies which will include:
✓ Budget planning
✓ Content ideation
✓ Implementation schedules
Discover the way for businesses to engage with existing customers and attract new customers by evaluating the current marketing strategy.
Suggest, identify and implement improvements in the following areas:
✓ Social media
✓ E-mail marketing
✓ Website design
Improve and manage company branding to increase customer engagement and communication by applying:
✓ Creative social media branding and marketing
✓ E-mail communication
✓ Mobile communication
✓ Local marketing campaigns
Coordinate content platforms such as website landing pages and blogs.
Implement content development strategy to website and blogs
Improve business site’s Google ranking by adding new keywords, analysing and optimizing web pages.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma/Degree Preferable (Business / Marketing Field)
2-5 years working experience in e-Commerce online marketing (preferably DACH market)
Enthusiastic about the baby industry and digital marketing and online marketing all-rounder with strong analytics skills and Google Analytics knowledge
Experience with webshop systems and CMS basic HTML skills desirable
Experience with one or more of the following tools: Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Search Console, Hootsuite, Jira
Enthusiastic about social media, copywriting, and content creation
Native German skills desirable
Experience in B2c online marketing
