    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

    • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant networks to drive traffic and conversions.
    • Set up, execute, and implement marketing campaigns with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Continuously monitor campaign delivery and performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum results.
    • Report regularly on campaign performance to the Subscription and Marketing team.
    • Assist in developing digital marketing materials that effectively drive traffic and conversions.
    • Ensure all documentation and reports are accurately saved in the electronic file system.
    • Advise on and implement best industry practices while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

    Skills and Competencies:

    To excel in this role, you will need:

    • A deep conceptual and practical understanding of digital marketing and a basic knowledge of related fields.
    • Strong strategic thinking and excellent presentation skills.
    • Expertise in problem-solving, finding creative solutions, and exercising sound judgment based on multiple sources of information.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate effectively and build consensus.
    • A dynamic and inquisitive mindset to stay at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Essential Requirements:

    • Education: A relevant qualification in digital marketing or related fields.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of online advertising/trafficking campaign administration experience in a paid advertising setting.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of all digital marketing channels.
    • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to use data effectively.
