    Digital Sales Manager

    Role Purpose    

    • Responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, leading a digital sales team, and driving revenue growth through various digital channels.

    Requirements    
    Qualifications:

    • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Business, or related field (essential)
    • FSCA recognised qualification (essential)
    • FAIS Key individual Regulatory Exam Level 1 (essential)
    • FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 (essential)

    Specific licensing or registration:

    • Certified Financial Planner (desirable)

    Experience:

    • Have hands-on experience with digital channels, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to grow online sales, brand presence, and conversions
    • Minimum 4 years' experience in digital sales, with proven campaign management success
    • Proficiency with analytics and sales tools 

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Be results-driven to lead the sales, planning, execution, and optimization of our digital sales initiatives.
    • Develop and implement digital sales strategies across relevant platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and growth
    • Collaborate with technology, and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals
    • Stay updated on digital sales trends, tools, and best practices
    • Manage budgets for digital campaigns and allocate resources effectively
    • Inventory management: oversee the management of digital sales inventory, ensuring optimal allocation and pricing strategies to maximize revenue
