    Digital Signage Monitoring Specialist

    • Our client, a well-established technology company based in Centurion, is looking for a reliable and detail-driven Digital Signage Monitoring Specialist to join their team.
    • This is an office-based role where you will play a critical part in ensuring that digital display systems across South Africa remain operational. If you enjoy solving problems, working with technology, and taking ownership of your work, this could be an excellent opportunity.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
    • Ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English, as the role requires communication with clients and colleagues in both languages.
    • Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
    • Comfortable using computers, software applications, and basic troubleshooting tools.
    • Ability to follow processes and work independently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor digital display systems nationwide using the company's proprietary software.
    • Identify and investigate offline screens or system faults.
    • Perform basic remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
    • Contact client sites to assist with first-line fault finding.
    • Accurately log and route support tickets to the relevant technical teams.
    • Coordinate with internal IT teams and field technicians to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
    • Communicate professionally with clients and technical staff via telephone and WhatsApp.
    • Ensure all tickets are updated, closed, and dispatched correctly before the end of each day.
