Dining Hall Assistants X2 at University of Mpumalanga (UMP)

Job Primary Purpose

• The main purpose of this position is to execute excellent food service in the allocated food service areas. The incumbent will maximise revenue by upselling through excellent customer service while maintaining high hygiene standards in the food service areas.

Key Performance Areas:

• Dining hall and food service.
• Health, hygiene and safety.
• Customer service.
• Training students.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10.
• 2 years' experience in food service.
• Experience as a barista or bar service will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Micros will be an added advantage.

• Good customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy skills.
