Director/Executive - Brand and Communications at MECS (Pty) Ltd

Responsibilities include:

• Define and reinforce the companies market position through brand positioning and affinity-driving campaigns.
• Design and manage the integrated marketing communications plan across all segments, channels, and products for ATL and BTL using innovative and customer-oriented go-to-market strategies.
• Manage and drive marketing efforts across online and offline channels. 
• Align marketing communications with go-to-market trade marketing.
• Optimize media channels, media networks and available properties.
• Provide oversight on brand framework and architecture design including developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of brand identity tools and guidelines across the group.
• Define, manage and evolve the company’s sponsorship strategy and portfolio to uplift brand equity. 

Requirements:

• A minimum of an NQF 7 degree in marketing and communications or related
• A post-graduate qualification will be highly advantageous
• Relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
• 3 years in a senior managerial level position
• Marketing and brand-building experience
