Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at NTT Ltd.

Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer initiatives to hire and retain a diverse workforce and integrate diversity and inclusion into programs for staffing, retention, rewards, training, development and engagement. Tracks and performs analysis of key company diversity metrics to measure program effectiveness against established goals. Collaborates with HR and other internal partners to ensure a common message and accountability; initiates outreach for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture. May be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of affirmative action and equal opportunity compliance programs.
