    E-Commerce Performance Executive

    Overview:

    • A fast-growing ecommerce retailer specializing in sun protection and skincare products is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for driving digital growth and optimization across the company’s ecommerce operations. This position involves managing site performance, overseeing promotional strategies, and leading data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and revenue growth for a portfolio of 500+ products across 30 brands.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Site Performance: Drive and optimize online sales through comprehensive trading analysis and performance monitoring.
    • Promotional Strategy: Develop and manage promotional campaigns to maximize stock efficiency and gross profit margins.
    • Digital Marketing: Oversee performance marketing channels and campaigns to meet sales and acquisition targets.
    • Website Development: Lead the implementation of a major website refresh project with external development partners.
    • Data Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
    • CRM Management: Optimize customer relationship systems to enhance retention and lifetime value.
    • Platform Optimization: Manage Shopify ecosystem including apps and integrations to improve user experience.
    • Testing & Innovation: Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and site performance.
    • Budget Control: Manage and optimize ecommerce budget allocation for maximum ROI.
    • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute cohesive strategies.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce growth and optimization
    • Strong background in data analysis and performance marketing
    • Proven experience with Shopify platform management
    • Demonstrated success in CRM systems and customer journey optimization
    • Experience in managing multi-brand portfolios
    • Proficiency in UX/UI best practices and testing methodologies
    • Experience with performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email, affiliate)
