The role
Your role as part of the Infrastructure & Operations EMEA support team will be to provide 2nd & 3rd level support on the End User Computing service, ensuring stability and compliance of the infrastructure and services in the EMEA regions related to End User and Client Computing solutions. Whilst pro-actively improving and checking the environment, preventing outages impacting users. Handling incidents and standard requests, in accordance to agreed Service Level Agreements with necessary attention to quality and communication.
