Job Description

• To provide subject matter expertise, lead and drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint solutions and integrated communication systems within a dedicated infrastructure applications portfolio (SBSA) to ensure a secure and efficient work environment as well as seamless communication and collaboration across various platforms. To protect the organisation's computer systems and networks from cyber threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience with over 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Having certifications on M365 such as MD-102 MS-102, SC-200, MS-700, MS-721, AZ-104, Enterprise architecture methodology, IT Service management.

Experience:

• Significant experience leading technical projects
• Experience working in a large multi-tenant organization in a consulting or operations capacity is strongly preferred.
• Experience in developing and executing cloud strategies and roadmaps and awareness of latest trends in cloud computing.
• Deep level of knowledge in the Modern Work Solution area as well as three products areas within Modern Work (Microsoft 365).
• Proven ability in designing and deploying solutions, particularly in areas of Modern work (Microsoft 365) and Migration.

Additional Information:

• Excellent understanding of Cloud Technologies (Gen AI, SAAS, PAAS & IAAS).
• Excellent understanding on Subscription model & Services offered in M365 Tech Stack.
• Deep level of knowledge in the Modern Work Solution area as well as three products areas within Modern Work (Microsoft 365).
• Lead technical engagements, including Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions.
• Drive innovation and productivity by designing, deploying, and scaling generative AI solutions.
• Follow digital workplace principals(API First, Discoverable Automations, Business-context aware).
• Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build partners’ technical skills.
• Understanding of Client Connectivity, Authentication & Authorization, Entra ID Framework , Copilot, Copilot Agents.
• Deep knowledge of subscriptions to build Enterprise scale end-to-end solutions on Microsoft 365 (E5).
• Office 365 Tenant to Tenant Migration.
• Automation of day to day administrative and configuration tasks.
