ROLE OVERVIEW:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Engineering Intern, you'll be an integral part of our Sales & Engineering team, playing a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Addressing inquiries received through the engineering support platform.
• Identifying leads through proactive tracking of projects via our project platforms.
• Loading project leads on our internal CRM system.
• Quote generation and reporting for our Profis Engineering software. 
• Providing customer support for software-related queries.
• Design support of engineering team for anchor designs, fire protection and post-installed rebar queries.
• Project Data quality.
• Construction project reporting and tracking.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

To excel in this position, you will require: 

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management.
• At least 1 year of postgraduate experience in the construction industry, acquired either in a design office or on construction projects.
• Proficient understanding of the construction industry, encompassing the design and construction processes, along with relevant technical disciplines associated with Hilti applications/products.
• Analyze construction trends to provide guidance to the engineering and sales teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A high performer with a driven mentality towards career advancement, self-discipline, and supportive teamwork, coupled with strong ethical values.
