Engineering Learner at Givaudan

An Engineering Learner in our Engineering Department at Givaudan and to be based in our Tulisa Park office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering and Maintenance teams
Core Responsibilities:

• Raising of PR (SRM and SAP) and following up on POs
• Raising of job cards when requested to and closing of jobs cards and reporting any deviations written on job cards
• Filing and scanning of documents
• Updating various spreadsheets
• Contractor management (issuing permits, making sure area is neat and tidy)
• Assist with contacting suppliers for quotes when required
• Provide support to task execution in one of the Engineering or Maintenance areas
• Maintain and update records of drawings, manuals, SOPs and other information storage means/devices.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators and issue reports upon request.
• Plan and Schedule repair and maintenance work of all site
• Involved in failure analysis to determine the root cause of equipment failures and recommend improvements in design, administrative
• Assists with the plans of a continual work schedule to maintain all company property to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all employees.

• Grade 12/Equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure
