Enrolled Nurse - Ward at Stethoscope SA

Description

We are looking for Enrolled Nurses with hospital experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include delivering evidence-based nursing and patient centered care. You will play a role within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient and team safety under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Further Role Breakdown :
 

· Observing, measuring and recording patients' vital statistics and reporting changes in patient's conditions to RNs and doctors.

· Providing physical and emotional support to patients and their families.

· Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, showering and dressing.

· Working to a care plan set by RNs, doctors, and therapists.

· Writing detailed patient notes.

· Providing pre-and post-operative nursing care.

· Providing wound care.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.

• Enrolled Nurse qualification.

• Current registration with South African Nursing Council (SANC).

• Experience as an Enrolled Nurse
