About the job
The following position is available at a client of Strategnos. Note that this is an entry level position.
Main Purpose of the Job
Responsible for the administrative support to maintain the Quality Management System.
QMS System:
Serve as a primary point of contact for the QMS users and contributors and assist and train staff to raise queries and non-conformances.
Update processes and procedures and other related QMS documents on instruction from the QMS lead.
Maintain the Quality Manual and related documents on Microsoft Teams, and ensure that all latest documents are uploaded and available.
Assist with Internal audit and process reviews, including evaluating and implementing proposed process changes
Ensure that current document revisions are available at the point of use.
Ensure that documents and records remain legible and readily available.
Ensure that records provide evidence of conformity to the requirement of the effective operation on QMS.
Ensure Non-Conformances and Corrective actions are raised, issued, implemented and verified by the responsible person.
Document and monitor closure of Non-Conformances and Corrective Actions.
Manage the review dates of procedures to ensure they are reviewed by the responsible person before they pass this date.
and minute weekly QMS meetings, ensuring that actions are executed by the relevant parties.
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
Calibration & Validation:
Monitor and plan the dates for the execution of the Calibration, Validation and Mapping Plans.
Provide support to the team as required.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly query, non-conformance and corrective actions reports, and provide feedback in the QMS meeting.
Prepare Internal audit reports from audits executed.
Follow up to ensure all process and procedure training is conducted.
General:
Update and maintain system data for KPI purposes.
General administrative and other duties as requested.
