Description

• To steam and clean production equipment for production use.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and cleaning of machinery and tooling
• Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed as per the standard operating procedures
• To maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety in the steam cleaning department
• Maintain a high standard of General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the department as per SOP
• Maintain high standards of safety in the steam cleaning department
• Ensure that all safety devices on the machines are working effectively.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Knowledge of GMCP, HACCP and health and safety
• Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial
• 1 year experience in an FMCG or pharmaceutical environment will be advantageous
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills.
