    Equity Income Analyst

    • Partner with SEABU Bottler Finance Leads to align on a BP submission to Corporate which includes detailed Bottler Financials and Equity Income/Loss calculation (3 times per year). Submit all required templates through BPC tool.
    • Partner with SEABU Bottler Leads on a monthly basis to actualize Bottler results, calculate TCCC impact to Equity Income, and align on an updated RE submission to Corporate Accounting, including risks and opportunities for Bottler and TCCC Equity Income. Submit all required templates through BPC tool.
    • Build variance analysis for each Bottler for the bi-monthly Equity Income calls with Corporate Accounting, and detect risks and opportunities vs, REs and BP. This data is consolidated and shared with Investor Relations, as it impacts SEC submissions and it is closely reviewed by TCCC CFO.
    • Align with each Bottler lead on the submission of monthly Actual Net Income templates, Quarterly Updates to Corporate, Form 464, Dividends Income, US GAAP Adjustments, Related Person Transactions, Consolidated Tax Template, Form 13H, Audited Financial Statements, SEC Surveys, and all other ad hoc requirements from Corporate.
    • Monitor Impairment Risk. Build discounted cash flows to calculate the fair value of TCCCs investment in each Bottler. This value is to be compared vs. the value in KO books to determine if there are any impairment risks (write-offs required) for the Company.

    Qualifications

    • Commercial Finance experience
    • Financial Planning is a plus
    • Bottler Finance experience is preferred
    • Requires at least 5-8 years of experience in Finance
    • Excellent English communication, writing and speaking skills a must
    • Must be able to work in a multi-country multi-cultural environment.
