Required core competencies:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in ERP.
• Advanced IT literacy
• Ability to learn Customer Service Software applications

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Demonstrated ability to work with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, design and implement business processes in ERP application platforms
• General knowledge of ERP\MRP applications and how they work for functional areas such as Finance, Order Management, Engineer to Order, Warehouse/Inventory, Rental, Service, and Reporting.
• Experience with Embrace software and Universe database is a plus.
• Basic Project Management skills that demonstrate your ability to build, manage, and execute a plan – both in terms of self-management and working with small process improvement teams.
