Job Description
Responsibilities

• Proper evaluation of returned products (condition, completeness etc)
• Assessing and categorising the product for a decision, sellable, repairable, RTV or disposal against company standard.
• Verification of the return’s documentation.
• Capture and maintain accurate records of all queries.
• Follow up on outstanding cases and provide regular feedback.
• Escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
• Prepare reports on returns trends and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• 1–2 years' customer service, administration, or call centre experience.
• Experience within a Distribution Centre, logistics, or retail environment will be advantageous.

Skills

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
