Executive Head: Investments and Fund Management at Ovations Technologies

Job Description:

• The primary purpose of this role is to lead, grow, and manage the Investments and Fund Management Division. The role involves strategic decision-making, developing property investment products, managing investor relations, and overseeing financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage investment products and establish relationships with financiers.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage a professional team, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Financial Management: Set and achieve financial objectives for the division.
• Investment Sourcing: Identify and manage transactions, secure funding, and manage deal completion and exits.
• Fund Platforms: Manage fund platforms to achieve target returns and compliance.

Requirements:

• Honors degree in Business, Finance, or Property Studies.
• CA (SA) or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of real estate investment experience, including project development and management.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Lead the team, guide performance, and ensure investments meet their objectives.
