    External Sales Consultant

    • Our client is a well-established, family-owned business that has been supplying high-quality plastic materials and innovative solutions since 1950. With over 70 years of industry experience, the company has built a strong reputation for exceptional customer service, integrity, and long-standing client relationships.
    • Serving industries such as signage, engineering, marine, agriculture, and architecture, they specialises in the distribution of premium signage materials, engineering plastics, and vehicle detailing products.
    • They are recruiting for a driven and customer-focused External Sales Consultant to join their team in Epping, Western Cape. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience who is looking to grow within a reputable and established organisation.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant sales experience. (retail or related industry preferred)
    • Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
    • Present and promote products aligned with customer needs.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

    Order Management & Customer Service

    • Ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
    • Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

    Administration & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
    • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
