Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Feature Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and feature analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support Agile delivery. This role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure features meet business objectives and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business and feature requirements across projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals and Agile practices.
Support the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance feature delivery.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and maintain documentation standards.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and address any ambiguities.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience as a Feature Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
Strong experience with APIs, Agile methodology, and requirement analysis.
Demonstrated proficiency in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or a Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI) and Agile certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in Financial Industries.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
