    Feature Analyst

    Role Overview:

    • Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Feature Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and feature analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support Agile delivery. This role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure features meet business objectives and drive project success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Gather, analyse, and document business and feature requirements across projects.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals and Agile practices.
    • Support the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance feature delivery.
    • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and maintain documentation standards.
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and address any ambiguities.

    Role Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Feature Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
    • Strong experience with APIs, Agile methodology, and requirement analysis.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
    • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or a Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI) and Agile certifications are highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience in Financial Industries.
    • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

    Client Support Specialist

    Job Description

    • My client a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking for a Client Support Specialist to fulfil various administrative and support duties within a fast-paced environment. As a key entry point for networks and billers, the role will provide support across various business development and sales functions. This role requires quick turn around times and willingness to assist with various tasks impacting client relationships.
    • The ideal incumbent has excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolve client problems. In addition, the candidate can multitask well under pressure.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Onboard of billers, ensuring all workflow and system requirements are met.
    • Complete documentation, perform compliance and KYC checks, and upload supporting information.
    • Identify the correct onboarding process for billers and direct accordingly.
    • Manage portals and inboxes, ensuring compliance with application specifications.
    • Escalate relevant issues to the Customer Relationship Manager when required.
    • Update and maintain biller details on the Onboarding and Integrations workflow system.
    • Perform compliance checks for billers requesting profile changes.
    • Forward relevant documentation to the Accounts Department for sign-off.
    • Assist in preparing Tender files.
    • Monitor and escalate potential fraud risks in line with internal procedures.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Matric required; a relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial;
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar customer support role;
    • Experience in the Financial Services industry with focus on the payments industry is advantageous;
    • Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, specifically Excel (including formulas and pivots);
    • Driver’s license and reliable transport;
    • Fluent in English (Afrikaans would be beneficial). and include this: Fraud monitoring and escalation.

    • My client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking for an Intermediate Developer to join their growing team in Stellenbosch. This will be a hybrid role.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Technical integration of new clients into systems
    • Development testing
    • Fixes & maintenance on current system
    • Enhancements of current functionality
    • New functionality design & development
    • Query resolution (3rd line support)
    • System Security & Audits
    • Improve development techniques and processes

    Required Technical Skills and Experience:

    • Tertiary or equivalent training in software development, computer science or engineering
    • 3-5 years relevant development experience
    • Java, both Standard and Enterprise Editions, Spring Boot
    • SQL (MS SQL Server/Postgres)
    • Development workflow: Eclipse/Netbeans IDEs, Maven, GIT
    • Working in a continuous integration and testing environment
    • OpenAPI protocols

    Advantageous Technical Skills and Experience:

    • Exposure to financial transaction processing systems
    • Exposure to multi-threaded, high volume real-time systems
    • Postilion development skills (source/sink node development)

    Online Integration Specialist

    Job Description

    • My Client a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking for a Online Integration Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and proactive individual who takes initiative and takes an analytical approach with problem-solving.
    • The incumbent will take responsibility for IT functions that directly impact client relationships and require quick turnaround times. The primary focus will be on integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems, and providing technical support throughout the process. This role does not involve coding or development but requires a strong understanding of technical documentation, solution design, and client consultation.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting and stage monitoring of Biller Integrations
    • Participating in various IT integration functions
    • Ad hoc report generation using SQL
    • Monitoring transaction irregularities in the value chain from Retailer to Biller
    • Consulting with clients to guide them through integration requirements and processes
    • Providing technical support to clients post-integration, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
    • Ensuring seamless connectivity between systems and assisting clients through the integration process
    • Understanding technical documentation and solution design to advise clients effectively
    • Investigating application logs and conducting test transactions in live environments
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve integrationrelated issues
    • Any other relevant duties related to the role

    Minimum requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary IT qualification;
    • Approximately 3 years' experience in a similar role, including experience in SQL, IT systems monitoring, MS Office suite (specifically MS Excel), and customer support;
    • Experience in the Financial Services industry: a focus in the payments industry and the understanding of reconciliation and settlement processes will be beneficial;
    • Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and a good understanding of Afrikaans. Any additional language will be seen as beneficial;
    • Stable internet connection required, fibre connection advantageous (to handle queries remotely from home, if required); 
    • Own reliable transport.
