Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Feature Teams to define and refine features that align with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to identify, document, and prioritise feature requirements.
• Break down epics into features and support the creation of user stories to feed into delivery teams.
• Ensure traceability of features across the product lifecycle.
• Support backlog grooming and participate in sprint planning sessions.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate feature-level risks and dependencies.
• Support testing efforts by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Feature Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Feature Team structures.
• Proven experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working model.
• Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, and systems thinking.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
