Job Description

• As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage Customer relationship through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.

Your Role:

• Assisting service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.
• Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
• Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.

As a Field Service engineer you will be working as a team member of Customer Service delivery team and reporting to Service Delivery Manager Health Systems SD RSA

You're the right fit if:

• 3-year Degree in Electrical Engineering or SAQA accredited Equivalent
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems
• Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.
• Preferable experience in performing Corrective Maintenance and Planned Maintenance on X-ray equipment.
• The candidate must be willing to attend oversees equipment training when required.
• The candidate must be willing to travel on occasional basis for support in other regions.
