Description

To support facilities with patient retention and enrolling into the Collect & Go Program by engaging and building relationships with the different facilities and patients and to support the implementation of and promoting Collect & Go .

Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12
- Basic HIV\AIDS training certificate
- Candidates should be from the community where services will be provided.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to communicate fluently with clinicians and patients.
- Code EB driver’s license
- 1 Year experience in adhere counselling.
- Experience with Demand Creation
- Experience working with AGYW1
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Patient Tracing
- Community Liaison and mobilisation
- Record Keeping and compilation of data
