Finance Admin Assistant at WastePlan

Job Summary 

• We are looking for a competent and experienced candidate to provide efficient and accurate financial and administrative support to ensure effective service delivery and to assist management in meeting and exceeding the monthly financial reporting requirements for the region.

Responsibilities

Financial Administration:

• Debtors, creditors, petty cash, profit sheets
• Financial reporting

General Administration:

• Schedule meetings
• Prepare agenda’s and take minutes of meetings, and ensure action points completed on time
• Record keeping, etc
• Assist Financial Manager as and when needed

Requirements

• Matric and minimum NQF 6 or higher financial qualification
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications and experience, knowledge and skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
• Valid Code 8 Driver’s License and own reliable transport essential
