Finance Business Partner at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• To partner with business in and provide commercial guidance, ensuring a strong understanding of the link between operational drivers, business strategy and financial performance in order to enable accurate and effective financial management and decision making.  
• Act as liaison between Executives, Heads of Departments and Financial Management in respect of finance for a specific portfolio/s.

Experience
Minimum:

• 3-5 years in a financial management environment (accounting, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling)
• Stakeholder management and business partnering

Ideal: 

• Financial management in a financial services or banking environment
• Cloud financial management environment and products
• External suppliers/vendor/3rd party relationship management  

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting or Accounting - Management Accounting
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant post graduate degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting or Finance
