Finance Clerk
- Looking for a motivated individual with strong administration skills.
Tasks include:
- Creditors & Debtors clerk
- Capture purchase orders at approved prices
- Process supplier/customer invoices
- Process supplier/customer credits
- Reconcile invoices to purchase orders, GRV’s and statements (supplier/customer reconciliations)
- Prepare payment advices for approval
- Allocate supplier payments against invoices and credits
- Handle supplier queries related to accounts and pricing differences
