Finance Manager at Impala Terminals

Main Purpose
The Primary function of this role is to support the Regional Financial Controller with:

• Weekly, monthly and annual reporting requirements for 5 entities across the region
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of all entities within the region and ensure that relevant policies, procedures, processes and systems are in place to achieve objectives set
• Implementation of new Group credit policy
• Expansion of Impala’s Africa operations including the shared services function
• Assist with anticipated implementation of new Transport Management System

Knowledge Skills And Abilities, Key Responsibilities

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, 1-3 years post articles experience in group reporting, credit, and budgets
• Strong MS Excel skills essential
• Be willing to travel to operations in Zambia, DRC & Tanzania
• Experience in logistics and/or freight forwarding beneficial
• Process orientated with a good attention to detail with ability to work in fast changing environment;
• Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to aggressive deadlines
• Experience with Navision, FCCS (Oracle), Qlikview beneficial;
