Finance Manager at Salt South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Support leadership with business planning and financial strategy
• Conduct business and competitor analysis
• Evaluate product enhancements from a profitability and feasibility standpoint
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
• Ensure IFRS compliance and the integrity of financial reporting
• Develop and manage annual staff incentive programs

What We are Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred
• Strong experience in financial modelling, data analytic and reporting
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in a finance related role, preferably in banking
