Finance Manager at Snatch.work

•  A global tech company is currently seeking a Financial Manager to join their team in Cape Town. 
• This role is operational and technical, focused on strengthening financial foundations and supporting logistics, procurement, and back-office functions.  As Financial Manager, you will oversee end-to-end finance operations and play a key role in building an effective finance function.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance operations, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and inventory.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and bank relationships.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and reporting packs.
• Support procurement, logistics, and inventory from a finance lens.
• Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, and audit requirements.
• Improve systems, controls, and processes as the company grows.
• Work across multiple countries and currencies, including foreign exchange and consolidations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA (SA) or AGA (SA) with 2+ years of relevant financial accounting experience.
• Solid technical understanding of accounting standards and tax compliance.
• Experience with multi-currency consolidation is beneficial. 
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments with strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
