The Role

• Join an incredible company who operates within the property Industry! You will be the bridge between the finance and operations team with a strong focus on property analysis. You will receive the guidance and support form their Fund Analyst.

Job Description:

• Asset Management reporting
• Detailed property performance analysis and reporting
• Budget Variance commentary on expenses and income
• Municipal recovery analysis
• Arrears reporting and analysis
• Leasing reporting and analysis
• Identify and quantify monthly accruals and provisions
• Turnover reporting
• Collecting information and analysis of data
• Assisting asset management department with high level property queries

Skills & Experience:

• Strong MS Excel experience, (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS and VLOOKUP)
• MDA Experience, advantageous

Qualification:

• BCom Financial Accounting or BCom Management Accounting
• SAIPA or SAICA or CIMA Articles
