Your Role
The Finance Reporting Manager will be responsible for the consolidated reporting of all key financial KPI's to all relevant stakeholders in the business. He/She will be working closely with the Shared Services Center functions in Belgrade as well as a Center of Excellence in Dubai as well as local stakeholders. Accountable for monthly, quarterly and annual statutory and other financial reporting required to both internal and external stakeholders i.e. Tax, Audited financial statements and any other statutory returns.
Your Responsibilities

• Maintain Lease register + Full function of IFRS 16
• Rebill function + all cross border invoicing agreements
• Monthly analysis of cash flow management for the business with relevant reporting
• Ensuring full adherence and documentation of all ICS control points as per KN guidelines, training employees as and when needed
• Ensuring Financial Compliance and adherence to all relevant statutory requirements
• Preparing Annual Financial Statements as per corresponding statutory requirements and assists with external audits
• Preparation and submission of tax and VAT returns according to relevant guidelines, legal and statutory requirements, in particular with respect to relevant marine, aerospace and cross-border VAT application
• Monthly review of Trial Balance and booking of all monthly provisions
   

Your Skills And Experiences

• You have Bachelors / First University Degree (preferred if you have Masters / Second University Degree) and you have Professional Certification - South African Chartered Accountant
• You have 3 to 5 years of Project Management Experience (preferred if you have international experience) and you have Professional qualification in Accounting
• You have proven and sound technical understanding and application of accounting, controlling and capital expenditure practices, as well as detailed VAT knowledge a distinct advantage
• You have excellent organizational skill and ability to manage various projects and are able to work in a diverse environment, both locally and internationally
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels in an organization
• You are highly proficient in Excel and able to manipulate all data for reporting purposes
• You are able to compile training material and deliver the same to any audience on key aspects of the role
• You are able to travel locally when required
