Prepare and calculate general ledger entries, accruals and provisions.
Sales & Inventory Reporting
Calculate Indirect Tax and Reposition Tax Accounts
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Assist A2R (Account to Report) Head in monthly SOLAR reporting
Assist in preparation of financial statements for 3 entities
Assist in coordinating the Audit process in order to ensure that all deliverables are prepared accurately and all deadlines are adhered to.
Ensure that the Company complies with all prevailing SARS and other statutory legislation, reporting and payment deadlines.
Perform annual credit limit review for certain customers
Assisting the A2R (Account to Report) Head with other Ad-Hoc requests, projects and responsibilities that may arise
About You
Experience
CA(SA) Recently Qualified /1-2 years post article experience or equivalent
Good understanding of IFRS, VAT and income tax legislation
Demonstrates capacity to understand business and their impact on the finance function
MS Office/ Word Knowledge/ Advance Excel (non-negotiable)
Demonstrate proficiency ERP Systems – SAP
Preparation of Financial Statements
