Financial Advice Support Consultant D - Johannesburg at FNB South Africa

Purpose

• Provide efficient and effective support to ensure the smooth running of an investment and risk advisory practice by providing clients with an excellent banking experience through service delivery and product knowledge

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification : Relevant Certificate or Diploma
• Experience : 1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment
• Experience in Investment or Insurance risk industry exposure.Computer literacy (MS Office)

Responsibilities

• Check all transactions on a daily basis to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines.
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
• Maintenance of administration on all products, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets linked to the agreed service level agreement.
• Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information by fulfilling daily sales applications.
• Improve service efficiencies for the bank through identifying opportunities; suggesting relevant solutions and follow up with clients to ensure service delivery standards is adhered to.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions through the accurate fulfilment of cases across various service providers.
• Keep up to date with own area of expertise to develop and maintain own professional knowledge base in order to provide effective support and advice.
