Financial Analyst - CA(SA) at Acumen Group

Job Purpose:

To perform monthly reporting both internally & externally, assistance with budgets, data analysis & maintenance of data models.
Requirements are non-negotiable:

CA(SA)

• Minimum 3 years post articles experience.
• Management Accounting Experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge in IFRS, Financial Modelling, Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlikview & Navision ~ Advantageous.

Main Duties and Responsibilities are:

• Key areas of responsibility: sales, log fees, royalties, trademark, distribution, as well as margin analysis.
• Assisting with month-end closures & handling the internal and external reporting in the required formats.
• Preparation of detailed forecasts in liaison with the business.
• Assist with annual budgeting process.
• Understanding of financial management & tracking of trademark contracts.
• Strong business partnering required between finance team & business unit managers to report and drive results.
• Maintenance & support related to the budgeting & reporting models.
• Ad hoc projects as required.
