Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, and internal controls.
• Prepare and manage multi-brand management accounts.
• Oversee supplier payments, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Partner closely with Operations and Procurement teams to identify efficiencies and drive profitability.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to support growth.

Requirements

• CA(SA) qualification (essential).
• 3–5 years post-articles experience, ideally within hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
• Strong technical accounting skills with proven ability to manage end-to-end finance.
• Experience with Xero, Lightspeed, and MarketMan systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a multi-brand environment.
